March Goals
Goals || Tags: goals ||Hey everyone! Can you believe it’s March already? February is a short month but sometimes it feels 1000 days long, but we’ve had great (warm?!) weather here, so it feels like Spring is just around the corner! Before I share my March goals with you here’s a recap of my February goals:
- My health goal was to meal plan – which went pretty well! We have been planning all of our suppers a week in advance. Lunch is still a grab-what-you-can-from-the-fridge but I didn’t get any take out all month! WIN!
- Our finance goal was a no spend month and it went really great! I was so worried about how hard it would be, but I didn’t find it too bad. I guess our budget is already pretty cut back. We managed to earn $1200 more than we spent so that went right on the student loan! I’ll be doing a bigger post about our no spend month soon!
- My other goal was to find joy – I didn’t get to try snowshoeing because we literally have no snow at all. I found joy in my writing and working hard on this blog though! I have been writing in my gratitude journal every night – which is one of my BIG goals for 2018 – I find this helps reflect on the day and realize what brings me joy.
My March goals are exciting me!
My health goal is to exercise 30 minutes each day. I have been off the exercise train for a few months; it’s time to get back at it!
My finance goal is to make a budget for some of our summer projects. We have been in our house
for 2.5 years but there’s still a few things we’d like to change. Last year we did the backyard and added a pool! Nothing that crazy this year 😉
My other goal is to put together a business plan for my side hustle – I will be sharing it very soon. I have been slacking a bit on this project but I’m excited to bring it back to the forefront and get working
