August Goals
Goals || Tags: goals ||I wrote before about how I wanted to start making some monthly small goals that I believe will improve my life.
I also got a beautiful new planner so I can stay organized and on top of all my blog writing and posting. Fail to plan = plan to fail!
I sat down and wrote my three goals for August. I love August; it’s my favorite month. The weather is beautiful, it has my wedding anniversary, my birthday and my husband’s birthday and it always feels like a month of celebrating with family and friends. But I still need to accomplish some stuff! So here it is:
My health goal is to floss and mouth wash every night. We all know flossing is important and I always struggle with gum disease so I really need to keep on top of it. I’m usually really good at this for a month before and after my dentist appointment but I really want to make it a priority to keep my teeth and gums healthy
My finance goal is to update my RRSP. I used most of my RRSP in 2015 as a down payment for our house. As I was saving for a down payment it was invested in a less risky category. Now that I am rebuilding and don’t plan on touching it until retirement I am more comfortable putting it in a riskier category. I have already made my appointment with the bank!
My “other” goal is to get a heat pump. We have been talking about this for almost 2 years and now it’s time to just get it done. No more procrastinating!
I’ll update you in September on how these goals worked out! Have you made any goals for August? Find the goal worksheet here
