October Goals and Update
Goals || ||Happy October Friends! How did that happen? Yesterday I was lounging by the pool at Disney in 33 degree Celsius sun and today I’m home and it’s 16 degrees. We had an amazing week, the weather was great and we got to do so many new things at Disney that we hadn’t done before. I can’t wait to share everything with you soon! I do love October, with all the pretty colours, the pumpkins and Thanksgiving, it’s a great month with family and friends! Let’s recap September goals first:
- Health Goal – Drink 8oz of water before eating breakfast every morning. Um, this went well for about a week. I straight up forgot to do it at Disney. I need to keep trying to be better with this!
- Finance Goal – Stay on budget. We mostly did. A Costco trip put us over our food budget and a trip to the vet for the dog put us over in the pet category, but all in all a pretty good month.
- Other Goal – Make a to do list the night before for the next day of 3 things to accomplish. I did this pretty consistently for the first 2 weeks of the month.
October Goals:
Health Goal – So who else has seen this new “screen time” thing on your iPhone? Man I know I spend a lot of time on my phone but I don’t like it telling me how much time. But one of the new features is setting time limits. I set a 90min time limit per day on social media apps!
Finance Goal – Hit one of my 2018 big goals of being under $10,000 in debt! We’re almost there!! We’re currently sitting at $10,625.79
Other Goal – Growing this blog! I haven’t been doing much this past month but I’m ready to buckle down on my strategy! If you want to help me out, you could share this blog with a friend 😉
