Self care is important, but it’s not all massages and bath bombs. Here are ways to do self care without spending money.

Self care is having a ~*moment*~ on social media. Especially in today’s world where we have been in various stages of lockdown for over a year, physically distancing ourselves from friends and loved ones, and trying to work + homeschool kids + clean our houses + stay in contact with friends and family.

I don’t know about you, but I often find myself looking at my old travel photos, wishing I could go back and re-explore places that I’ve already been.

Wondering if self employment is right for you? Here are 5 things I wish I knew before I started my own business.

I sort of stumbled into self employment by total accident. I went to massage college, not fully realizing that most massage therapists are self employed, or contract workers. 

When I graduated I got a subcontract job at a national massage therapy chain. I had a pretty good experience, but felt ready for more control, and more flexibility. (more…)
