Q2 2022 Goals
Goals || ||Wow, 3 months of 2022 have gone by already! I’m so excited to be headed into Spring & better weather.
It seems like so long ago that I made my Q1 goals, so let’s recap them.
Try 2 New Vegetarian Recipes Per Month
Success! We’ve tried lots of new recipes (most of them hits, but a few misses). Health wise I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in February, which was a really frustrating time for me as a healthy 31 year old who exercises and eats generally well. We have been taking more time to make sure my diet is supporting my blood pressure in a healthy way as well.
$1000 to Savings
Another success, we saved just over $2000! Putting this aside for various house projects right now.
Delete Emails
While I won’t say this is a total success, I have gone from over 4000 emails on my phone to about 2100! I still have lots of work to do here but I haven’t been carving out the time.
6 Blog Posts
I published 3! I can’t wait to travel again in a few months so that I have more to share with you.

Q2 Goals
Exercise 5 Days Per Week
After being diagnosed with high blood pressure, this really reminded me of the importance of exercise, and while I have been pretty consistent, I want to make sure it stays that way! So I’m committing to 5 days a week, with at least 2 of those days being strength training.
Time Blocking & Batching
In an effort to get more organized in my VA business, I want to try time blocking and batching. I’m often jumping around from one task to another, and I’d like to time block and batch create so I can get more done in less time.
Declutter & Organize Spare Bedroom
The spare bedroom has been a bit of a dumping ground lately! I’d like to get that organized and under control!
Spend More Time Writing
I’m not going to commit to X number of blog posts, but I do want to create more time to write. I’ve forgotten how much I enjoy writing and I want to get back into it.
Final Thoughts
As I write this today it’s a rainy Sunday morning. I can’t believe we’ve been in our house for a year (blog post about that coming up soon) and mostly I’m just feeling really grateful. Thanks for reading!
