The Joy Journal
Goals || ||At this time last year, I set my great big 2018 goals. I really can’t believe a whole year has gone by already. One of my goals focused on my mental health, inspired by one of my teachers from massage therapy college. I set out to write a gratitude list, one thing every day, in the first few months the list shifted to “Things That Spark Joy”. I definitely plan to continue writing everyday.
It’s been fun to read back over the year and remember all the joyful things that happened. I thought I would share some with you, in hopes that it might inspire you to keep your own joy journal.
