What To Pack For Disney World

The day is here! We’re leaving for Disney World tomorrow and we can’t wait to be there. Our bags are (mostly) packed and we’re ready to head to the airport. Disney is slightly different than a “regular” vacation so there are something you might need that you might not think of.

Things You Should Pack For Disney World:

First thing to check is the weather. It’s going to be really hot while we are visiting, it’s also the rainy season, so we’re packing rain ponchos to throw on during the afternoon rainstorms. Folx who wear makeup, you should pack some waterproof mascara for rain and water rides!

To make your stay more comfortable at your Disney hotel I would bring a power bar if you have a lot of devices to charge, as well as dish soap for cleaning those refillable mugs.

If you’re a Pepsi addict, you’ll have to bring your own! Only Coke products are sold on Disney property. You also won’t find gum sold anywhere; it helps keep the parks clean.

For the parks it’s helpful to have a portable phone charger in case your phone dies, you’ll need it for booking Fast Passes! I always take a water bottle to the parks so we can fill it up throughout the day. Don’t forget a small sunscreen bottle to reapply in the parks. I also like to carry some over the counter medication

In general I always like to pack a few more shirts than I think I’ll need, just in case I make a mess ;). I always like to pack some clothes in our carry on, that way if the airline loses your luggage you still have something to wear. Always pack medications and important documents in your carry on, it’s not worth the risk of losing it.
